Walking is a Good Form of Exercise

Do you walk for exercise?













I go walking on most days.  Here are some pictures of a path I usually take where I live.  I pass fields and a pond.

Walking is a great exercise and if you are on a diet, then going walking will benefit you.

It is nice to go walking when it is sunny.  So, if you get a good day without rain, then make it a day for walking.

Walk for at least 30 minutes or more per day.  It will get your metabolism up and running if you do this daily.  So, good luck to all those walkers out there!
